Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

At All Things Sparkley Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Eligible Items

Most items can be returned for a full refund or exchange, including:

  • Apparel (unworn, unwashed, with original tags)
  • Accessories (unused condition)
  • Footwear (unworn with original packaging)
  • Lifestyle products (in resalable condition)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@allthingssparkleyco.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack your item securely in original packaging
  4. Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest carrier location
  5. Track your return shipment using the provided tracking number

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we can process this within the 30-day window. Simply indicate your preference when contacting us about the return. Exchange shipping is on us!

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
